Suneeti was a truly outstanding realtor. She helped us with the purchase of our first home in early 2022, and her knowledge, patience, and professionalism were essential to the process for us two real estate novices. She was attentive to our wants and needs, guided us through formulating a plan ,helped us locate options that met those goals, navigated us through a challenging time in the real estate market, and was available and patient with our questions. She made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process and was an indispensable asset and advocate when looking at homes. She is generous with her time and realistic and kind with her advice. We love our new home and are so grateful for Suneeti in helping us make that a reality.

Suneeti has been an amazing real estate agent and resource for us. Her knowledge of Orange County is extensive and she helped my parents sell their house quickly, professionally, and at top dollar. Can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Suneeti!

Suneeti has many qualities that make her an effective Realtor. Qualities that stand out immediately are her professionalism, superior knowledge about real estate details, and effective communication and negotiation. Suneeti has helped my wife and I on real estate matters. She acted with integrity, was very well organized, and stayed focused on our needs. She got to the point quickly in a professional manner, ensuring that our time was valuable. She spent a lot of time listening to our needs thereby not wasting our time showing houses that did not fulfill our criteria. Moreover, we were impressed with her market guidance (we were looking for a house in a new area and were less familiar with the neighborhoods). She researched the fair market value of the properties and negotiated effectively on our behalf. In another transaction, she researched a property that was out of state, provided us with market trends, advised us about neighborhoods that matched our needs, then interviewed a Realtor in that state to represent us. We were impressed with her prompt communication and responsiveness to questions. We will definitely use Suneeti Argade as our Realtor in the future and will recommend her with enthusiasm to our friends.
