We interviewed a number of real estate agents and concluded unanimously that Bryan Devore was the best fit to sell our parents home. My parents felt very comfortable with him as he explained things in great detail, was immediately responsive to questions, and always made them feel comforted in his follow through and effectiveness. He had a well mapped out plan of action with all the best resources to execute that plan in a specific order of operations. There was zero confusion and he and his team were very organized. He provided us the resources to pack the home and move my parents, which otherwise would be very stressful for a couple in their 80’s. Then, he was very specific about what needed to be done to the home while it was empty to prepare it to go on the market. In fact, his team and the work completed was so effective that the home sold prior to going on the market.
