From giving us advice about what to do to make the house look great, to closing-all details were done professionally, thoroughly, with poise and professionalism. We appreciated her walking through every step with us-there was nothing she couldn't help us with! Gretta was especially great to have as I was trying to make improvements on the house from out of state. She had referrals for contractors, knew what was important to have done to attract buyers, checked on work, met contractors, estimators, etc. She did extensive marketing for us as well!We had 4 offers over listing price just days after the first weekend the house was listed, accepted an offer (generously over listing price) and closed in two weeks!
