Dw A.

Our realtor, Heather Wong, is the absolute best that we have ever worked with! In fact, the entire DW & Associates team is excellent. Heather knows the Coachella valley extremely well, and she is very down to earth! Future clients will enjoy working with her!

We had the pleasure of having Katie Fleischmann, with DW & Associates, represent us in the sale of our condo in Rancho Mirage. As former Real Estate Brokers, it is always wonderful to see a young person do a fantastic job in a field that we both love so much. Katie did a great job for us. We both will use Katie's expertise the next time we buy or sell property and we will recommend her services to our friends and family. She is truly a professional and has the best attitude. We want to take this opportunity to wish Katie continued success.

Katie Fleischmann did an incredible job selling our home. She was always willing to go above and beyond and took great care in communicating with us through every step. When it came to pricing our home, she knew the market well and thanks to her diligence, we were under contract quickly. The selling process was seamless and stress free thanks to all of her hard work and diligence. We would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
