We have used John now twice for our home buying experience and both times he has made the headache of a process a lot less painful. He knows his stuff, he is professional, but he also humanizes the process and is diligent and thorough in his work. Our family wanted to buy a house, and even before we started the process, I was already mentally and emotionally preparing, dreading the whole thing. He listened to what we wanted, making sure that we could find something that would match my requirements and my husband's wants, as we both had very different things that were important to us. We only saw 4 properties. We found what we liked, put in an offer that was accepted, and just like that, a few weeks later, we became homeowners. We are super happy and excited.
