She knew every neighborhood, could tell a great house from a merely okay one, and was quick to steer us away from properties that were deeply flawed. She's a skilled negotiator - clever, firm and fair - and got us a terrific price on a beautiful house in Vista. It was a complicated transaction involving two separate but connected properties; she knew every detail and was the first to review anything from the seller. Her counsel was excellent and we came to trust her completely. Better still she was wonderful to work with and constantly reached out to see how we were doing and feeling about things. She also knows a ton of great people who can help you before and after you purchase a property - floors, kitchens, you name it. We can't recommend Abby highly enough.
