He came highly recommended by my parents who bought their new house with Frank, and claim he is by far the best real estate agent they have ever worked with. As first-time homebuyers my wife and I were intimidated by everything about the housing market, but Frank made every part of the home buying experience painless and he made sure we took everything into consideration (property tax, location, resale value, etc.). He always worked around our schedule and was responsive to our messages and calls 24/7. Frank is very down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable about the housing market throughout the entire IE, so he found us the perfect location for our needs. Once we found a great location, he fought to get us the lowest price possible on our house, and advocated for us throughout the entire closing and escrow processes. Frank made the time to make sure he was with us for the final walkthrough to ensure our new home was in perfect condition. Once we had closed on our dream home, Frank had a handful of fantastic home improvement suggestions, and had reliable vendors to refer us to. He even checked up on us weeks after we had already moved in to make sure everything was working as we expected, and sent us an awesome welcome gift box on top of everything else!
